Wharton Professor & Deaf Badminton Star Promote “Differently-abled” Artists

VirtualO, a for-profit philanthropic organization that promotes “differently-abled” artists, was created by Baba Prasad, Ph.D. (The Wharton School) and S. Chandramouli (Mouli), an internationally-ranked deaf badminton player.

VirtualO’s deaf artists, including Khaled Mohammed (who was a mason/goat-herder before Virtual O found him), have revived the 17th Century Deccani art form of marbling (also known as Japanese Suminagashi).
